Does A 1996 Ford Taurus Have Cigarette Lighters?

females. The shoe counter

Last Sunday I attended the test female cyclist, valid for the Cup of Spain, which was held in Roldán. He was very concerned to observe the females for a review of the use made of biomechanics. Upon my arrival I met with Deborah Galvez and Gema Pascual, with whom I worked to pay my attention on its position on the bike. We talk and we could exchange some impressions before the test.

Entered on I started to watch the racers and their bikes, approaching and analyzing the components used in relation to their physiognomy. During these observations I noted that most of them used a length of rod 170 and 172 mm including some of 175 mm, which surprised me when compared with leg length of these bicycle racers who used such as leg length was quite low,
what makes these rods are not suitable or compatible with the performance and health.

I make the point about a cyclist in particular, its representation and as the leader of Spain's top elite, Rosa Bravo. As I approached to see his bike around I noticed that the length of rod that was mounted 172.5 mm, excessive dimension once again considering the stature of Rosa. If
this rod performance and inadequate conditions can affect the health , what would be the result of efficiency if you used the proper rod that can range between 162 and 165 mm?

addition to the rods, all made possible observations offer
host of inadequacies on most bikes as wide handlebars, saddles inappropriate, long rods, including a miscalculation of the Q factor . All these are influential elements in the development of muscular fitness and improving proficiency in the growth process also affects performance.

To confirm my observations I had the opportunity to talk to some parents who were present, which, by exposing them to address my concerns about this section of cycling, showed a sense of surprise because
nobody had approached them in this term . We talked and told me the problems that arose with her daughters, both in back as in knee, with several of them moved me this situation. Having the ability to watch closely their children's bikes and they had body height, pudiéndolas see the bike up I saw the destabilization that generated the rods and even a position too high and late, which may be causing knee and back problems. All these observations, plus causing health problems, generate the right to restrict the ability of muscle development and thus also the performance.

How do these teams, formed by the categories cadet, junior and elite, pay so little care in this area of \u200b\u200bbiomechanics?

sincerely believe that with the dedication of a time negligible compared to investing in travel to the various tests performed throughout the English territory,
if the minimum time devoted a biomechanical study could maximize the performance without seeing their health affected, which they would be useful to gain greater power capacity, which would make them a higher return avoiding the potential problems caused in health.

For these reasons, I invite the teams and participants who value this issue , as throughout the process of formation of the riders they can be of great help in getting training a healthy practice, and elite runners they can provide higher performance by allowing them to express its ability to profit by avoiding injuries.

Congratulations from here Débora Gálvez was the winner of this Test.
