A year ago I started writing this blog (thanks to my wife's understanding and cooperation of my oldest son) in order to share my observations about the importance of correct position on the bike. First of all I hope my comments have been useful, and for the silent cycling awareness of the importance of this technique, especially applied to children for their contribution to the health and performance during the growth process.


I have a debt to the institutions and persons that have allowed me to present and discuss my biomechanical concepts, such as the Cycling Federation of the Region of Murcia, Triathlon de Murcia, D.
