When the vehicle comes to my little shop, I come from a meticulous observation of the state which is the bike. Check the status of parts and original components, identifying which ones are salvageable and which not, and if the bike has components that are not original.
After this, proceed to disassemble the entire bike, recognizing those damaged parts, and evaluating the process to be followed by labeling with screws and separating the different components depending on the restoration process that will be submitted.
This step starts the actual process of restoration.
All components are treated and restored separately (suspension, engine, chassis, body components, wiring, etc ... to leave them as they were in their day, perfect for optimal functioning and behavior.
As a last, I come to the assembly and installation of all motorcycle.
